What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Oromiel products! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please email support@oro-miel.com to initiate a return. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

An item in my order arrived damaged. What should I do?
