What is your return policy?
We want you to love your experience with Oromiel, which is why we’re here to help. Our policy is that we accept returns on both new and gently used products within 15 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. There is a $7 processing fee for all returns.
Can I exchange a product?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
An item in my order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience! If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@oro-miel.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
